[OLPC Security] Latest joyride build (246) has no ext3

The EXT3 build for Joyride 246 (which I understand now has rainbow
enabled) failed to build EXT3 images, so I can't test.

I posted a note to c_scott on IRC awhile ago, but no response, so I'm
trying here....

Scott mentions that 246 was supposed to build an EXT3 image but that it
failed to do so because of a transient error (a Koji timeout of some
sort). Assuming nothing else fails, 247 should have the image we want.
